"The staff were very efficient and friendly. We had a problem with our room aircon and two staff members came to sort it out. Transport to the airport was easy and quick. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The food was superb. Here, too, we encountered friendly and efficient staff. All in all, a great stay."

"Lovely hotel. Nice, spacious room with very comfortable beds. I only took one star out because the cleaning wasn’t very good, mainly in the bathroom/shower. There was mould in the shower walls and hairs on the wall and a bobby pin on the floor of the bathroom But other than that it’s a nice hotel and I’d would stay again "

This hotel offers all the usual pub services in the maon building, from Sportsbar to restaurant, whilst the motel units out the back are quiet, away from any noise, clean and perfect for the traveller who just needs to have a good sleep. "The Hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. I like to stay here because the prices were affordable, and I was able to walk everywhere because it was very close to shopping and food areas. "I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and everything about the hotel was first class. The rooms are clean and comfortable with some nice touches. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming The valet parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is situated well but for the city centre, shopping and restaurants it could be quite a walk for some ( about 1 - 1.5 miles) for us it was no problem "

"Ideal location in Kangaroo point near the iconic Story Bridge Hotel and walkable from the CBD along the fabulous footbridge. Water supplies and comfortable amenities and I was given an extra hour after a very late night. The staff are incredibly accommodating as my dad left his car key and they notified us immediately to make arrangements. Love the area. Great place. Would 100% book here again! "
