"We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. "ホアンキエム湖が近くで、観光へ行くには非常に便利な立地のホテルです。過去の書き込みにもありますが、ホテルスタッフがフレンドリーで気軽に声をかけてくれてる。困ったことがあればすぐに相談を聞いてくれて的確なアドバイスなどをしてくれます。空港からの送迎サービスも確実に手配をしてくれるので、非常に助かりました。
今回の渡航が初めてで不安がありましたが、安心して過ごすことが出来ました。
言葉が不安でも問題なく過ごせるホテルです。
