"The room had everything I needed. Large comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, and a very useful kitchen area. It was secure and spacious, with good lighting and temperature control. Its close proximity to the coach station suited my needs, and I had a comfortable two night stay. "

"Great apartment equipped with everything I needed-towels, iron, fridge and cooking equipment. Parking was as advertised a day in the adjacent parking area- you drive up to the shutter and it opens and you then pay up front at the machine. Staff were really helpful and the property was just a very short walk into the centre and 10mins walk to the ICC. Felt safe as a solo female traveller in this area. Hotel is really well sound proofed so no noise overnight."

"Sofa bed was like sleeping on a wire rack. Double bed was a hard slab and mattress had ‘foot grooves’ from previous use. Bathroom door was a barn door that you needed to be a body builder to be able to close, grinding on the floor and waking others if you use the bathroom at night. Disappointing for this brand and not what you expect. Also was further out of town, was more than 15 minutes walk to arena. Wouldn’t stay here. Emailed the hotel before posting this review but no response. "
