"Lovely quiet studio within easy walking distance of downtown. Everything was clean and as advertised. Owner’s communication was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. "

"Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again."

"Perfect property for our family gathering! House was great for accommodating multiple family groups. Loved the big dining room table for bringing folks together. The property has great hiking trails (although you need to watch out for poison oak). Alicia and Michael were very helpful giving us the info we needed to get the most out of our stay. Michael even provided a bike tour of the trails for our groups' mountain bikers. Lots of wildlife--even an early morning bear sighting (from a very safe...

"Entire place was great, even in the August heat of 80 degrees, it was so nice to spend time down by the creek, a quick jump in and out of the water was plenty. We thought we'd go into town for meals, but ended up cooking and staying in–eating lunch at the creek and dinner up on the deck. Can't wait to visit again!"

"We were in town to visit friends in the area. We just needed a place to sleep. This place was clean and private in a nice neighborhood close to town. The host provided plenty of water and coffee that we enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable."

"The best well equipped rental I’ve experienced. Very quaint and plenty of space for two people. The furnishings are well taken care of and especially liked the screened back porch with the bbq and swing. "

"Beautiful house in a great location. Walkable to town and restaurants. The house was well supplied with everything you could want. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and had plenty of room inside for 7 adults. The area is great for outdoor activities like hiking with plenty of swimming holes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"This cabin is perfect for a stay for a small family or couple. All necessary accommodations are available the environment was so cozy and clean. The host has good communication and was willing to accommodate our dog that recently got hurt right before our trip and our child whom we had to take our trip. The host even offered a Air mattress if needed. This is a highly recommended VRBO and I would definitely stay again at this location! "

"Tina is a wonderful host! The studio is even better than the photos. Charming decor and also very functional… A suitcase stand! Hangers! The kitchenette did not lack anything and the bathroom was fully stocked with fluffy towels, a hairdryer, magnifying mirror etc… I felt safe and comfy as a solo traveller. "

"Property had everything you need for an out of the way getaway in the mountains — little gems everywhere we looked. Need a hammock, they’ve got it; want to play an old or new album, yep a turntable too; and much more. Kitchen was great with coffee grinds ready and all. Kids loved the space for playing games and relaxing after a day out and about in the mountains. Master suite was away from kids rooms for a nice space to ourselves. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning to yourselves...
