"Loved the room. Found the beds comfortable and slept really well. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice touches with coffee, etc. plenty of cabinet space. Couch comfy. Bathroom and shower were wonderful. Loved the balcony. WiFi coverage was excellent. Loved the convenience of the parking garage although spaces were very tight. Would definitely recommend. "

"Great communication. Check in was easy and flexible. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. The mini split in upstairs bedroom and the window AC in downstairs bedroom worked great. New refrigerator with cool ice spheres. It was great having access to the garage.House has great bones. It is undergoing lots of upgrades in between rentals, so expect a little dust and work in progress. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovations look almost...

"The property looks exactly like the pictures! It was nice and We do recommend! We had a couple of issues and Nick handled them quickly and efficiently! He was so easy to work with! As you get older you are not use to changes., he even answered our silly questions so quickly! The house is close to everything! Beach, zoo, downtown and even my daughters wedding and house! Thank you Nick!"

"Very nice cottage, clean and well maintained. The view of the lake when you walk in the cottage is amazing. We had a few really hot days but it was nice sitting in the shade by the lake. One morning while enjoying our coffee an eagle flew over and the purple martins where very entertaining."

"Everything was as described, clean and a well stocked kitchen with pots and pans - dishes, etc. Communication was excellent and timely."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 7. We had enough rooms to spread out, the beds were lovely, and we loved the decorations. The owners responded to our questions and messages throughout the week. The only request would be to rejig the curtains. They were attached by clips that fell off quite easily, especially with the kids."
