"It took over 45 minutes to be checked in with only two parties ahead of me. This was NOT the fault of the desk staff. Their computer system was down and there was not a contingency plan in place. The desk agent was professional and friendly while trying to help us without the most basic of tools required for her job.
Only 1 light bulb worked in the entire suite. One floorlamp had a broken base and the switch was broken off. There was a gum wrapper in the tub.

"We booked this place, because it’s close to the airport and served a breakfast. Be aware that the hotel charges $10.99 a night to park. I felt this was incredibly tacky. The hotel likely owns the lot and grounds, and it’s situated in a cluster of other hotels and businesses- tons of space. So the parking charge felt like a money grab. Add it to the cost of the room, if you must.
And don’t eat the scrambled eggs at breakfast. Not sure what they were, but the description of an egg being present,...
