Messaged before arriving to see if we could check in early and they said yes if its available, when we arrived they said no check in is at 2, didnt even check if it was available. Then you have to get a ticket and wait to be called to check in, no one even told us you needed a ticket. There are around 30 people waiting to check in and each one takes 10-20 minutes. "Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, amazing location, easy check in. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable, our room was super quiet. There’s a common area with a couch, kitchenette, and table to sit! This is a shared space with the other people staying at Xenia but we never had an issue. The apartment renovated and is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building which had an old elevator which was super cool to experience! It was very reliable as well. Highly recommend....

"This is a small very new modern boutique hotel right by Trevi fountain. Despite being close to busy area the hotel is extremely quiet with a garden courtyard and studio apartment style rooms. In the lobby they always had food and drinks and a nice Italian breakfast of cafe and cornetos plus fruit, yogurt, granola and juice. Everyone was super nice and helpful."

"I preface this with our flight was cancelled so we had to stay an extra night in Rome and our really nice hotel was booked. Considering the reviews on this one, it wasn’t as bad as expected. However the hallways are very dark and hot, rooms are really outdated and smell like disinfectant. Beds super hard and sheets smell like moth balls. It was all dealable until the morning when we had zero hot water. Like not even lukewarm. I’m talking freezing. In a pinch it was fine but should have been 1/3...
