"Let's start with the pros: This property is a ~5 minute walk from the Arezzo train station, so it is potentially very convenient to use if you are visiting other towns by train each day. The place was adequately cleaned and maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As mentioned by others, the AC worked well in our unit, even though it blew directly on our faces as we slept (not comfortable). Breakfast was ok considering the price, and they had some light kitchen facilities...

"It was a beautiful and quiet part of town and was very close to everything. The property manager spoke pretty good English which made everything much easier. It is a beautiful comforting and clean stay in the heart of Arezzo. Thank you. Era una zona bellissima e tranquilla della città, vicinissima a tutto. Il gestore parlava un ottimo inglese, il che ha reso tutto molto più semplice. È stato un soggiorno splendido, confortevole e pulito nel cuore di Arezzo. Grazie."
