"We all loved this place. It is conveniently close to Florence or Sienna so you can take a day trips if you get bored but there are plenty of activities on site. We wished we have reserved more days to stay but we will do that next year."

"The newer building where great two separate bathrooms. The pool however needs to put a limit of how many drinks people can have. There is also a staff member at the restaurant that wasn't to friendly. However overall all structure was great."

"We loved the premises and the staff! The breakfast was really good and awesome to have. The views are amazing! The only problem we had was that we were in the middle of a heat wave and the ac was out of service! It would have been nice to learn about this before hand."

"The check in process is truly dreadful. Very small print on the Expedia booking instructing the person booking to contact the proprietor 48 hours before arrival as they don’t have a reception. Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?! If this really must be the process, please please make this clearer. Thankfully I noticed this, and after a nail biting delay of nearly 24...

"Sehr schönes Hotel, kleine Abstriche gibt es für das Frühstück (Auswahl nicht groß, für z.B. Pancakes muss man extra bezahlen).
Außerdem sind extrem viele Stechmücken, durch die tägliche Zimmerreinigung gelangen auch immer wieder welche ins Zimmer."
