"当日の予定が崩れ、少し早めに到着し荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えると臨機応変に対応してくれ、特別に早めのチェックインをさせてくれた。スタッフの方も優しく笑顔で対応してくれて感謝。部屋も清潔でまるでノヴァーラの我が家にいるようでした。目の前に駅までのバス、そしてスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。また訪れたいです。"

"The room was clean and enough space, the only complaint is they don’t offered any drinking water neither free or to be purchased so make sure you bring your own. They offer lockers for luggage when arriving early so that’s a plus. They locked us our second night bc of some mistake in their part but once cleared we were okay again. I will stay here again."

"The hotel was in the shopping area and 5 min walk to Duomo. Great area and room was nice. The only thing I didn’t like that the curtains didn’t close all the way and light was coming in. "
