"Lovely villa in a quiet village in the hills above Sperlonga. Huge main terrace and loads of balconies. Pool was cold but we stayed end of April into May. Hot water in the top floor bathroom not great but fine everywhere else (2 other bathrooms).Very well equipped. Just like being at home. We prepared all of our evening meals during our stay and literally everything we needed was available. Also, really appreciated the box of kids toys: Duplo, couple of train sets, board games. "Summer season not started yet. Lovely resort but nothing open. No facilities no hairdryer nothing in the room (it was a lovely room) but the facilities totally let it down. Wi-Fi is not good. We weren’t advised about breakfast asked on checkout and was told to go to the bar it was included. Ok if you want a pastry!!!! They did offer me a gluten free croissant eventually. Would not recommend out of season "

"Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questa villetta vicino a Formia dotata di tutto il necessario e di una bella terrazza con vista golfo dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. È in una posizione strategica per vedere quanto di bello offre il Lazio e la vicina Campania. Noi siamo andati anche alla reggia di Caserta e a Pompei ed Ercolano. "Great property in the amazing landscapes of Lazio. Fantastic view from the infinity pool and garden over the valley with hills and olive trees.The owner, Luca, is super helpful and gave us a lot of personal tips on how to best enjoy the area nearby.We visited Sperlonga, Gaeta, Fondi, Itri and also Naples to enjoy a football game.I highly recommend this property!"

"The apartment is small but fully functional - perfect for a couple getting away for a few days! The shower was exceptionally nice. It felt like the apartment had just been refurbished, with a new stove, bathroom, and TV. The stairs leading to the apartment are VERY steep - if you have mobility issues or balance trouble it would be very difficult for you to get into this apartment. Almost every dish we pulled out was dirty and unfortunately we kept having to deal with ants by the front door area, where the garbage/recycling bins were. Communication with the host was ok.
