"This was a huge let down as I booked it for a few friends for my birthday. The lighting in the room is very dim, but not in a good way (it felt very cold). The living space seemed like it wasn't swept and the couch looked stained. It all made for an uncomfortable experience."

"Everything from the moment we arrived was top notch. Staff opened the doors anytime you came/went, porters were great with luggage handling, and rooms were well serviced.
Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Comfy bed and lots of plugs around the room as well lighting controls makes for a very usable space for longer stays.
Having the pool/spa area downstairs is another great plus as it afforded us a way to shower after long flights as we arrived in the early morning prior to a room being...

"It was my first visit to The Porter House and I was generally happy with my stay. I had asked for a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator, which they were able to accommodate. It was a lovely touch to see my name displayed on the TV when we entered the room, and a bottle of wine and a hand-written card. It's the little things that made the stay enjoyable. The check-in staff were also very lovely and helpful. I really appreciated them.
