"Amazing staff, clean rooms, and an overall excellent experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I had no issues during my stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. "We have NOT received our deposit back, and we left the room just the way it was when we got there (besides the bed not being made) I called last week and could not get through to anyone on the property. Expedia said they’d have them call me last Friday. And they have not . This place steals your money."

"The facilities though are clean and in prime location in Domain. Room well kept. But
1. Poor lighting in the room. No ceiling lights at all in the bedroom or space between the bedrooms. Just desk lights.
2. Staff were unhelpful, and not interested. I told them my internet was not working. She said thats how it is and didnt provide alternatives.
3. They charge 5 dollars per bag to keep your bag after check out and breakfast is basic and all processed."

"Enjoyed my stay! staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when i had some issues checking in. i would recommend and i would stay here again. location was PERFECT and i was easily able to walk to 6th street with no issues (though you do have to pass a considerable amount of unhoused folks, its to be expected since its downtown)"

"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."

"The room was clean and nice, the AC and fan worked great. The breakfast was fine. Nothing really special, but it was there and it was fine. I was extremely disappointed the the hot tub was out of order. I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor hot tub. When booking a hotel, it should come with a disclaimer of things that are out of order or not working so people do not book and then show up and are extremely disappointed."
