"We had a nice stay in one of the hotel rooms. Staff were very nice. We didn’t actually golf, we just wanted to stay outside Sydney on our trip. The room was clean, we had a little issue opening the room door but the staff helped us out. The bathroom door didn’t lock or latch properly but we were able to manage that."

"The owner\hostess was rude and obsequious. She has a footwear issue…..and offered used slippers as an alternative. The physical plant was fine. This is not a hotel….it is her and her yapping dogs home. I don’t pay $300 for a lecture."

"It was very difficult to get into pool area as the door wouldn’t work properly, there was a lock on the sauna, one of the three deck chairs had a big hole in it. The pool area did not look very appealing. I found our two rooms were kept clean inside and I liked linens but there definitely needs to be some maintenance done in the bathrooms. One of the rooms the toilet ran all night. Phones did not work and some of the doors to get into rooms were difficult to open. We had our two grandkids with...

"I feel that a 4pm check-in time is absolutely ridiculous. There are some guests that stay one night and are leaving on the 5am flight. With your check-in time those guests are not in your hotel for 12 hours and paying $300+ for the night. Beautiful hotel and view but 4pm is wrong. Hire some more cleaning staff again. Cutbacks are best in other sectors not cleaning staff."
