"Good location, very near to the main station and Metro access. It’s still walkable to the historical center of the Genova City. Only 5 minutes to the main Place.
Breakfast is good and a lot of choice. The people who are working are so nice and helpful. That is important now a days because a lot of apartment hotels without the reception and human being. This Hotel has a great human being to help you!! Big advantage!!"

"Close to the main station, the metro and other public transport, and walkable to the main tourism locations. Lovely well-conserved late 19th century building. I had a spacious high-ceilinged room in traditional style with a mosaic patterned floor. The hotel lift is a wonderful piece of century-old engineering, which works most of the time - and will probably be fine by the time you read this."

"Locatie is geweldig: in oude binnenstad, vlak bij de haven en bij de Strada Nuova. Het is niet heel handig dat er nauwelijks personeel aanwezig is, het werkt vooral ' remote', met whatsapp. Dit leverde voor ons wat gedoe en stress op bij het afleveren van de bagage, en ook bij het inchecken nadat we de bagage hadden afgegeven.
Verder is het een hele mooie plek, fijne grote kamer, schoon en luxe. En dat voor een nette prijs."

"gorgeous property, bea at the front desk was so lovely and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. the room was spacious with high ceilings, the daily breakfast was great and the bathrooms were stocked with nice body soap and shampoo. would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very basic but clean. The beds were not very comfortable due to thin mattresses. The hotel advertised AC, but it is not used during the spring. "We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for.
The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well.
Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...
