I also experienced repeated issues...

"If you're looking for inexpensive accommodation and are not planning on a lengthy stay, then sure, come here. But in any or all other reasons for coming to Windsor, choose another hotel. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired from making up a bed to providing coffee for the coffeemaker. If you do find coffee, don't expect several cups. "We arrived early and they let us check in without charging an early check in fee which was awesome but then tried to say I didn't book the king suite with jetted tub and tried to charge me to upgrade. I had the email from Expedia and they changed the room to what I booked just sad that wasnt done properly in the first place. The hallways were clean, the room was clean but their were stains on the sheets and stains on the bathroom wall. The jetted tub taps were finicky but they worked"
