"Thoroughly enjoyed the property with two young boys 8 and 11. They loved playing basketball in the pool. Wife and I were able to get R&R while boys made friends. Staff was great and so were the facilities. Housekeeping was the only weak link but they weren't terrible."

"Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached...

"Breakfast operations at the Italian restaurant are not up to standard. Even a simple order like water can take up to 15 minutes to be served, despite the lack of a busy crowd. The front desk staff, both during the day and at night, do not provide the level of assistance expected. It appears that they lack the passion required for their roles."

"My AC unit was not working, but was fixed the next day. Many large drying fans were running in the lobby. It was so loud, conversations was a struggle."

"This trip was riddled with issues, which is odd b/c we've stayed here intentionally probably 5-6x previously with great experiences. Upon checkin, I was told the elevator was broken and it would be 8-9pm before the repairman arrived. Ok, so they moved me to a first floor room, not ideal but whatever, I was tired. That night, I slept in 3-7 minute increments because (as it turns out), they are slowly replacing all of the HVAC units in the rooms, which sounds great EXCEPT the new ones cycle off...

"Roaches…Found one in my room; they sent maintenance up who just took it and left. The situation was dealt with horribly from the girl at the front desk Shelby, who refuse to contact the manager and left. I ended up contacting the police because Shelby refused to contact a manager and shut herself in the office There was also another customer at the desk complaining the manager ended up having to come in to deal with Customer concerns"

"Everything was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and clean, it was quiet and peaceful which is saying something because it was Memorial Day weekend and the hotel was close to or at capacity."
