"Large room well appointed"

"It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

"I have stayed on the 1st floor and there were some noise by other guests and staff throughout the night. The noise from the ice machine doesn’t help too. If there are rooms on the 1st floor must review the logistics from the laundry and back office, because they’re on the 1st floor too."

"Easy parking, very nice staff, close to a lot of major stores. Only thing of note is that you can hear people in other rooms, as well as the traffic from the road and highway."

"Conveniently located and the room was spacious, I appreciated the two sinks. The street noise was noticeable, but they did supply a white noice machine. The breakfast was surprisingly more than I thought it would be."

"The staff both evenings and mornings were excellent #1! Breakfast was so yummy, and parking was excellent. Not a deal-breaker, but I have an iPhone and usually just plug it into a computer or a lamp... They do not have a ready-made charge...so be sure to bring a box outlet to plug into the wall....still old school"

"Please do not book this place. The photos on Expedia are outdated. The whole place is a dumpster! They are selling outside the rooms old furniture and even old window frames for $25,$50 dollars. We stayed one night and we asked for an extra towel and they have a cardboard box full of towels and toilet paper in the middle of the office together with groceries they try to also sell. This place should be closed down by the city. It’s a hazardous environment! "
