"We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, beds very comfortable, and good options for breakfast, including protein.
Ashley at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly, helpful and I loved joking around with her.
The ladies at the desk in the morning were also helpful.
There was an odd smell about the halls and foyer though. Almost like burning plastic. Not sure what that was, but hopefully they'll look n into it."

"I think the place overall would be good. But to charge you extra to check in 40 mins early is the biggest crap fest. We were trying to get ready prior to concert. When I originally called and said we would be in around 3, can we check in they said no problem. But the front desk gal was super rude."

"Our 1st room the bed wasn’t made and we reserved our room in advance and was only 10 mins early for checking. 2nd room we simply wanted to both plug in our cell phones to charge at the same time. Only one outlet worked. I literally took both charging cubes and cords only got one outlet to actually charge one phone. Was late and was only staying one night so made it work. Reported issue to front desk in the morning. Person at desk seemed to not understand what an outlet was? Not sure I would come...
