"We stay in the handicap room and it was very spacious and fully accommodating my wheelchair. Everything i needed was c available. Yet the carpet was filled with what can only guess to be pet stains. It was truly disgusting. We never took our shoes off even if we we just sitting on the edge of the bed. There were stains everywhere. The tiles in the bathroom and kutchen area were clean just that carpet. We couldn't wait to leave. Breakfast was okay. Egg were cold and while there were option...

"We enjoyed the room but did not enjoy coming back to our room at 2:30pm and finding that our room was still not cleaned. We had the cleaning staff stop us before we went into our room to say that they were running late, so we left to give them time to clean. We were charged a resort fee which is fine, but apparently parking is not covered in the resort fee so you get double charged for staying at The Buttes. The view was great, atmosphere was wonderful, but the extra charges weren't worth going...

"The property was beautiful. All the staff were polite and professional. I stayed in one of the two presidential suites. All the furniture was upgraded and put together beautifully. The bed was large and very comfortable. The only noticeable thing was the age of the building, and I understand there is little they can do about that. I was told I was getting a full-sized fridge and freezer, but I only had a tiny fridge that seemed more like a wine cooler. However, it worked for what I needed. I...

"From the moment I walked into the Sheraton Hotel, it felt like arriving at a friend’s welcoming home—bright, comfortable, and utterly inviting. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and even went out of their way to move me into a room just steps from the fitness center so I could keep up with my workout. Every moment of my stay was delightful, and I left feeling refreshed and truly cared for."

"I always stay here for the Phoenix comic-con and it's a great hotel, except the mattress was hard as a rock. Also they're doing construction next door so I was woken up by noises at 5 am, not happy about that but there's nothing they can do about that. "
