"Dana checked us in and was super helpful in providing us a map and directions to the surprise party we were in town for. "

"Getting in and out was seamless. It's extremely easy to rely on the codes/app to get in and out. If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help. "

"Located in a very nice area with a lot of dining and shopping. Right next to Fenway park. The property itself is very nice. There were no issues with check in and free baggage storage. Stayed in a 1bd/1bath that was spacious with a nice kitchen. "

"The location and property were great. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was painfully extreme. It felt like I imagine a power washer would feel. "
