"The property was lovely, the cleaner could be a little more thorough but it was nice, however the location being central is somewhat noisy, if it’s not boy racers it’s tractors if it’s not tractors it’s the local homeless directly across the street who sit in the rest area drinking shouting and defecating in full view! This is not a reflection on the property itself more so for Liskeard.. police were good about this and it was cleaned the following day. Liskeard not a place to stay for a...

"Beautiful surroundings, pool area was lovely. We were disappointed with the room, it was tired the air con wasn't working well and the hot water wasn't great, the taps ran hot for a few seconds only and the shower went from hot to cold quickly."

"An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months"

"Loved it! However, I would suggest avoiding The Chapel for breakfast. We waited 45 minutes to be served and when we were eventually served, we were told our children couldn’t have pancakes 1.5 hours into breakfast being open and with another 1.5 hours to go. The food was bland and cold when it came. I’d definitely ditch the breakfast option to try out a local cafe instead! Apart from that, everything else was incredible!"

"The hotel was comfortable and clean, the parking was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and chatty they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The on-site restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent. Location was ideal, near to all the attractions. We found the local pub next door’s very friendly."

Joanna was amazing, and even provided complimentary champgne for our wedding anniversary. Great food too. Our favourite place. We'll be staying again. Steve snd Jill."
