"The location was ideal. Apartment layout was fine for our 17-day stay. Floors were dirty and toilets not well cleaned. We immediately saw that the bath faucet was missing a its handle (how could this be missed during cleaning?) and the kitchen lacked coffee pot and sufficient dishes and silverware. We reported this and they were provided the next day. However, on the second day the kitchen faucet gave out. We messaged every day and only got what appeared to be AI responses, but no resolution....

"This is an apartment building that mostly houses local college students from ASU and/or other schools - they have ~30 units that they rent out like this to this platform.
