"When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee?
There was no TV's anywhere and...

"Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room."

"Helaas was het zwembad afgesloten. Kamer was redelijk schoon. Lift was vies. Haren op de grond en smoezelige knoppen. Ontbijt is min of meer standaard voor Amerikaanse hotels, een beetje karig. Al met al ging het wel, maar niet uitstekend zoals sommige reviews."
