"Great breakfast buffet"

"Our stay at Westside Manila Hotel was okay, but overall, it did not quite meet our expectations. Although the room was clean, it was much smaller than we anticipated, almost like a micro-hotel room, which made the space feel quite limited. The buffet area was also very crowded and busy, making the dining experience feel more like being in a public market than enjoying a relaxing hotel breakfast. The lobby had a similar issue, with so many people waiting around that it felt overcrowded. I think...

"It felt like an average American hotel."

"Wonderful stay, nice modern room. Comfy bed. AC. Walkable. Breakfast was good. Close to the airport. Quiet. Would stay again, no complaints."

"The host (Ghen) was superb, super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. I would stay there again on my next visit."

"Accommodation was very nice and clean. We ordered sinigang na baboy....it was 95% thick fat. Last time we ordered crisp pata...it was all bone. The electrical sockets in the room were worn out, the phone charging plugs kept falling out so difficult to charge phones. Otherwise the room was very comfortable. Overall the location is very convenient to MOA."

"Club access was good"

"excellent breakfast, friendly staff &easy access to MOA with free shuttle."

"I booked this room for 3 days 2 night for my husband and he loved it! Smooth and easy check-in. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Pool area could be a little crowded but it's covered so that's a plus if you don't want to get a tan. The best part is the proximity of the hotel to restaurants, shops and Parqal/Ayala Mall. We're looking forward to our stay in November!"

"Good place to stay. Rooms are compact, view is nice. Excellent location near Mall of Asia / SMX Convention Center. Good restaurants and cafes at ground floor of the Shore Towers. Room was clean and the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans to cook with. Toilet wasn’t great."

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was professional. Breakfast was across the street at Kenny Rogers. Hotel gave a voucher for breakfast. Air Conditioning was old but worked well. Parking was available. Room had a small refrigerator. The room I was in had a shower, but no bathtub. Overall satisfied with my stay and would stay here again."

"Love the place it was close at MOA and airport and lots of shopping and food places to eat definitely coming back"
