"I’ve traveled many hotel properties and the gym workout facility was the absolute best that I’ve ever been in, so if you were athletic and like keeping your workouts while you travel, you would absolutely love their workout Facility!!"

"The hotel was phenomenal"

"The pool was not open and I don't believe there was any notification that the pool was closed for renovations. The photos only show the upgraded rooms which isn't all the rooms. Our room was big and spacious but it was very very outdated. We had to switch rooms once because our room smelled like sewer."

"My favorite Hampton Inn location: relatively new building, lobby & breakfast on penthouse floor, quiet & clean rooms, and a fantastic location across from a METRA station and High Museum, and down the street from Whole Foods Market."

"Very clean and quiet"

"A little rowdy, parking was a mess, overrun with obnoxious teenagers attending prom. The odor of weed was everywhere. Staff should have been more diligent in keeping adults from reserving rooms for their kids for the after prom festivities. Especially when there were international dignitaries staying and attending events."

I only had two issues: the wifi is $15 per night for a good connection, but even after I paid for the wifi you need to call IT for connecting devices and it barely worked anyways. My second issue is that (and this might just be me not paying close enough attention to the website) the only parking option is valet for $70 per night.
