"Brought my mom to the QM for her birthday as she had always wanted to visit and we had a great time. It was fun to walk around the ship and read about all the history as well as explore the shops. While I know its not Disneyland, I do wish the QM team had done a bit more thematically with the ship's rich history. "Great place clean room very family friendly. Parking always sucks and fee is a little much due to people already paying a lot to stay. They should charge people less to park at their own risk. So they need to change some things. Staff is okay asked to get 10 minutes more to get out of my room due to last minute changes of me not staying two days afterwards and they couldn't even do that without trying to charge me 39 dollars. Good place but some things they do is not cool."

We were celebrating our mom's 75th birthday and they all made my mama feel really special. Martha at Hansen's Market went above and beyond with her pastry and coffee recommendations. She made our day as the rest of the amazing people that took care of us at the Hilton Anaheim! Thank you!"

"My family and I were excited to stay here during our Disneyland vacation, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
