"Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. It's small -- not a lot of room for suitcases, packages, etc but it's VERY cute and cozy. Also, the rooms are on the second floor (outdoor steps) so be mindful when packing a 50-pound suitcase. "

"We absolutely loved the stay. Everything about it was more than what we expected. The host was super accommodating and very easy to work with, and we appreciated it so much! The location is fantastic, close enough to get to places by walking, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. And beach front… you can’t beat that! "

"The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. The second best thing is that I was there for 2 nights & never moved my car. I also enjoyed the hot tub—& it’s long, open hours. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative is that I was unable to hear the ocean from my room. It was an incredible value."

"I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience."

"The property is across the board walk from the beach, so couldn't be easier to enjoy the huge sands and ocean. The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. Everything you need contained within, high beamed ceiling, comfy seating, and a fully contained kitchen. Our four footed family loved the walks on the beach before 10 and after 4:30. The Board Walk an entertainment with babies in carriages, youngsters and adults on scooters and...

"Lovely home in an unbeatable location. The views from the rooftop patio are just incredible - ocean, Queen Mary, downtown LB, Naples.The two master bedrooms on separate floors with expansive mirrored closets and fully tiled showers in the bathrooms are like having separate hotel suites. There are a lot of stairs but you get used to it. The bay and ocean are steps away in either direction and there’s a small market located right across the street.We loved it!"
