    Al otro lado de la carretera de Craigville Beach en Centerville en Cape Cod, MA, esta casa ha sido recientemente y hermosamente renovada y actualizada. 4 dormitorios (3 de matrimonio: uno tiene baño privado) y un dormitorio con capacidad para 4 (litera superior doble / inferior y una cama nido extra), 3 baños (incluido 1 baño ADA), así como una ducha al aire libre.

    Esta casa es adaptada para discapacitados con 2 habitaciones que tienen entradas de 36 pulgadas. Mucho espacio para caminar / caminar en las áreas comunes. No hay escaleras para entrar en la puerta principal, o en el espacio habitable.

    Nueva cocina con estufa de gas, lavavajillas, microondas, keurig, lavadora y secadora.

    Todas las áreas comunes, excepto la cocina, tienen techos expansivos de 11 pies. El aire acondicionado central se ha agregado para su máxima comodidad, en esos pocos días que la brisa de la playa todavía está.

    2 chimeneas de gas (una en la sala y otra en el comedor).
     
    2 televisores de alta definición con cable expandido. Netflix y Hulu. Wifi.

    Parrilla de gas y fogata afuera. Dos hermosos patios: uno para relajarse frente a la fogata y otro para cenar.

    Vistas limitadas al agua: ¿Mencioné que estaba al otro lado de la calle de Covel Beach Parking (parte menos concurrida de Craigville Beach). También está en una pista de arenque para su placer visual.

    Las mascotas bien entrenadas son bienvenidas (pequeña tarifa).

    Comience el día con un paseo por la playa al otro lado de la calle. Vaya a Cervecerías, bodegas, tiendas de antigüedades y artesanías. ¡No solo verano! ¡Gran otoño, invierno y primavera también!

Love sharing here!

We love staying here when we visit the Cape in the fall/winter. Very clean and comfortable and the view is amazing.

Cute house. A little tight on space, especially in the living room & kitchen (as compared to other houses we've rented nearby in the same price range). Furniture could be more comfortable, and kitchen could be better equipped, but all of the basics are there. Host is super-responsive and helpful, and house is super clean and fresh with great location near beach. Ground floor living with no stairs is great for older guests. Would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful Property and Location!

Couldn't have asked for a better week. The cottage is beautiful in the best location to the beach. The owners were beyond accommodating and the house had many amenities for us to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding

The house was perfect for our family to stay in while we had a wedding at the beach. It was a cozy, warm cottage with plenty of space and everything we needed. Just wish we had more time to actually spend at the beach but it was still so fun! Perfect location, I would love to come back someday!

Family getaway

This was the perfect location for our family. We were off the main road but close enough to the beach to go back and forth with an infant. We enjoyed many meals and played cards at the kitchen. table.

Wonderful place right by the beach. It impressively clean for a place that is less than a 5 minute place from the beach. It had all the amenities you would expect from a beach house and more. From extra beach equipment to a cart/wagon to carry it all in to waffle balls and bats. It had all the necessary stuff to cook with and although the kitchen was a little tight as long as only one or two people were cooking there was plenty of room. The master and kids rooms(room with the bunk bed) were very spacious while the other two bedrooms were a bit tighter but that is to be expected with a house on the Cape. Having 3 full baths and the outdoor shower was amazing for not having to fight over who gets to shower and when.

Weekend wedding

4 couples (siblings & parents) staying for a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding! Super cute area and quite neighborhood. We walked to the beach in am/pm. Enjoyed some delicious food around the neighborhood and cozied up at the firepit. We had a great stay and comfy beds. Thank you for the delicious s'mores and wine. We would recommend the home to others!

Property was absolutely perfect!

Thus property was perfect in every aspect! The owners thought of everything right down to s’more kit and wine! Gas fire pit was fantastic and location location location! Right across from Craigville Beach! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Great Vacation Spot!

What a lovely home away from home this place is. The hosts thought of everything. We especially loved the well stocked kitchen, beautiful wildflowers that surrounded the cottage and the nesting pair of Osprey we could see from our yard. The weather wasn’t great but we were very comfortable in this well laid out and spacious house. Would definitely love to return to this 5 star rental.

The best VRBO in Cape Cod

The house is absolutely perfect and truly had everything we needed! You can tell how much thought and care Diane and Michael put into accommodating their guest, as everything we could possibly think of was provided! The beds were so comfortable, the close location to the beach was perfect, and the outdoor shower was definitely an added bonus for easily washing the sand off of the kiddos! We shared many laughs around the firepit and appreciated the extra thoughtfulness of the provided s'mores and wine! Highly recommend this property and can't wait to visit again!

Excellent property! 1 min walk to Covell beach. The house was perfect for our family vacation with a toddler and two grandmas. Everything was on one floor making it super easy to come and go. The beach chairs and wagon made it easy to pack up and wheel our toddler over to the beach. The host left thoughtful touches throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a few dinners with ease. We loved the multiple seating areas outside too.

Location, location, location!!!

Location unbeatable, across from beach (less than 5 min walk); parking for 6 cars at home. Owners very responsive and quick to answer questions and resolve minor inconvenient issue. Clean and well stocked home (kitchen, bed rooms, baths, beach towels/chairs/umbrella/toys!) with Central AC!!

Intergenerational family gathering a success!

We had a great time celebrating my dad's 70th birthday party. We were looking for a home that was wheel chair accessible, kid-friendly and open to dogs. While a tall order, this house met our needs on all counts. In addition, the rental was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. It also had comfortable beds, quality linens, and nice kitchen supplies and serving ware I felt good about using for such a special occasion (where we cooked a lot!). This is a high-quality rental that I'd be excited to visit again and readily recommend to others.

Birthday Week for me and my grandson.

It was wonderful spending time with my children and grandchildren. It was the best 70th Birthday Week. On Monday we had a New England Lobster Bake with all the trimmings. Local lobster was the best. Even with some of the days being cold and rainy (typical New England May weather) we were able to find plenty to do. Evenings spent playing family games. Mae lots of memories. Across from the Beach

Beautiful kept home in quiet neighborhood. The property owner put so much detail in the home and provided many amenities including toiletries and kitchen supplies. They provided all linens, ample towels and even beach towels and beach chairs. The home exceeded our expectations especially the accessibility for my adult daughter who is wheelchair dependent. She easily maneuvered throughout the home and property in her motorized chair. Loved the convenience of the beach across the road. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you for sharing this wonderful piece of heaven.
