"The Hotel is older however it has gone through a wonderful update. I stayed there April 23,2026-April 26.! The decor in my room was modern with a very clean look. The Hotel interior has a beach look and was updated nicely. The workers, especially the front desk check in were kind, helpful and all around accommodating . Breakfast was good and the view-of the ocean was a plus. Heads up there is no elevator."

"We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

"I enjoyed having a room overlooking the cove, and Cape Cod is definitely more affordable in the spring rather than the summer. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. I didn't interact with the staff at all during my 4-night stay other than my initial check-in, but there was no need."

"When we arrived the hotel looked deserted so I called and found out they seem to have a few properties connected on the street. Mid October is off season so we were moved to the harbor hotel a block away. I was very grateful for this since the other one was a ghost town. Out stay at the harbor hotel was fabulous. Very large rooms, very clean, and all staff were great. This is also located across from the ferry so the location was perfect. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants on the street with...
