"Staff was super kind and friendly. The pool area was great for the kids. The free breakfast was great with gluten free options. We also needed the laundry. The one bedroom setup was great and we loved that we could bring our dogs. Great stay!"

"We stayed one night and this hotel was awesome. First, they allow a 11:30 am check in which is rare. We were visiting friends so we dropped bags off and came back late night but it was convenient be able to do so. The room was immaculate and even though the bathrooms are shared, you get the full bathroom to yourself when you use it. The location is great just outside the ferry terminal. "Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. "People also reside here long term and they were lovely and friendly- felt like community to this 63 yr female. Is in an industrial area but quiet enough. Hall carpet was dirty but room was clean, if barren, with all hard surfaces. I chose this place for the kitchenette but you have to ask for any cooking supplies, so planning ahead of desk trip is needed. It fit my needs and I would stay there again."
