"This is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. Although they appear to be doing some work exterior, the interior needs a lot of updating and fixing. Our room had wallpaper coming down on the walls and cracks in the ceiling. The flooring was all dug into with lots of drag marks which I was concerned they would try to bring back on the guest. For example, we seen boxes and bags piled everywhere, including a random toilet in the front. Now to the rooms, as soon as you walk in you are smacked with a suffocating smell. "Room was dirty, housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sign and barged in when trying to get dressed and would not leave. Roaches in room."

"This was a budget stay, so I was not expecting luxury accommodations. However, there were several issues that significantly affected my experience. The bedding was heavily stained, which was concerning. The door latch was extremely loose and unstable, to the point that I had to push the nightstand and table against the door for added security. "This property is older, but everything was very clean and in good condition. My only negative is that the beds are doubles and they don’t have any handicap rooms. I recommend this property!"

"Property is very run down. Peeling and chipped paint, laminate flooring is peeling up everywhere. Teenagers were raising hell in the halls from midnight to 4am and the staff did nothing. You can hear every little noise everywhere. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name attached to this property."

"The hotel was a convenient location for baseball families playing at the cal Ripken experience. That being said, the hotel and local restaurants get overwhelmed by players after the games on the weekends the hotel was for the most part very clean. "The staff was rude and when I requested creamer for the coffee during the breakfast time the staff refused. I also requested towels because housekeeping never cleaned room. I took the garbage out myself and was told by staff that we had the do not disturb sign on - which was a lie. The do not disturb sign layed on dresser the entire time. Then when I asked for towels they refused to give me any!!!!!!!!!!! We had to go to my sons to take a shower because we did not have towels!!!!!!!"
