"This was one of the best accommodations I’ve ever had traveling solo. I felt comfortable and safe and the host was so kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had everything needed. (Coffee, small freezer/fridge, microwave) The neighborhood is beautiful and it has a nice little patio to enjoy a morning coffee. I will book again if I am back in the area. I attending an event at Osage House and the proximity was perfect!"

"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. What a gem of a location too! Tip, if you stay Sunday night, a lot of the fun restaurants are closed but there are still a few great ones open. Casa Alejo is so yummy! Everything about The Star is great! I can’t wait to come back."
