"First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location. "Great social, hangout area in the lobby and courtyard. The complimentary s’mores were a hit with the kids, and the hot tubs and cold plunge were also enjoyed. Breakfast buffet was yummy! The rooms were updated and trendy. "

"Gorgeous hotel. Outdoor sauna and hot tubs such a nice bonus. Personalized coffee for rooms was delightful. Staff very helpful even with an ac unit that didn’t work well. Clean newer hotel. Great restaurant on site and cafe next door. On bus line. A bit far from downtown. "

"The bed was very comfortable: firm but conformable. The room was spacious. There was a lot of renovation going on around the property, but everything was easy to get around. We got in early and we were able to park our car underneath and go out and walk around until we were notified of our room being ready; which I received notice 30 minutes earlier than the advertised check-in time of 4:00pm. The location can't be better: very walkable to the main, central area of town, and easy walking...

"Great location for walking and bus transportation. We parked our car in their underground garage and rode the busses with our free passes provided by the hotel. "

"The rooms were quiet and comfortable and had excellent views of the mountain (either direction). We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!"
