The three times we left over two days I use the QR code on the little ticket they give you to request your car be pulled up and basically requested 30 minutes in advance which is not a problem whatsoever. "The staff was very friendly and I felt safe at night walking the parking lot and standing out front on the sidewalk. The rooms were clean and with two children I appreciated that there was a door separating the two beds instead of the typical side by side; loved this most about the room. The fireplace worked great and the shower was nice. "

"Room 28 should not be a rentable room,it is extremely confined, room is stuffy with 2x2 opening as a window and a inoperable window unit, no sort of daylight and all the noise transfers from the lobby right below this room. I doubt it legally meets codes as a rentable room it didnt even have a room number its just the room “next to 27”. It was definitely a storage room that they slapped a shower and threw a bed in."

"They do allow pets, however there isn't really a good place for them to go potty. The cable didn't want to work, so we went most of the stay without TV, the heater kept turning itself off, even when it wasn't set to auto. And the bathroom flooded while trying to take a shower and it wasn't fixed during our 3 night stay and we weren't offered compensation or a new room as it was the only handicap accessible room available. "Quick and easy check in and check out, with pleasant staff! It’s a simple inn with locks and keys. The room is a bit small but it’s a quick drive to all the nice places in Monterey. Seems a bit on the older end but it was fine for what my friends and I were there for. I would stay here again and recommend it"
