"From booking to arrival, the process was very easy. I had phoned to confirm some things prior to my stay and it was never an issue with concierge. Parking was available within the hotel carpark. You used a room card to access lifts which added that extra level of security so that no one off the street could come in. Kitchen was great however I’d suggest a larger saucepan and some oven trays. The lounge area - comfy and inviting. The bed was comfy as and bathroom equipped with washing machine...

"Loved the style and homely modern feel of the apartment. Had everything we needed. Quiet building with no noise from neighbours. Was an issue with the code access but KULA communicated very well and fixed the issue. "

"What a wonderful weekend. The property was well equipped and clean. Such a beautiful outlook, even from the living room, and the ferry, shops and eateries are only a few minutes walk. Yes, entering the property from the street was a little challenging, but it was well worth the effort. Thanks, Nav, we had the most enjoyable stay."
