"Great Hotel with a great location. Ubers and taxis are easy to get in this location and they were not expensive. Overall, it is a very nice property in a central location that makes getting around Kingston very easy. Our room was spotless, and I particularly enjoyed the oversized soaking tub in the bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious. Even though the hotel is lovely, I did encounter some service issues that were disappointing, especially coming from a 30-year career in the hospitality...

"the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view."
