Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. "Our room did not get the bed made, the towels refreshed. And the soap dispenser above the bath was empty, it didn’t even have a refill bag. The hotel is very dated and tatty. The reception is unwelcoming , too few seats, and few staff When I phoned reception , I should have been told the cleaners to make beds etc. only come in on the third day We stayed 2 nights.now renamed THE WORST WESTERN."

I also found the room to be quite noisy - being able to hear showers running, toilets flushing etc from nearby rooms, early morning and during the night. "Great brunch and a lovely host. All the staff were amazing. The food was amazing, albeit the dessert was extremely small for the cost. The hotel is really well kept and clean. Easily one of my best hotel experiences. My wife and i are local and just wanted a day/night without the kids and we absolutely loved it. We are going to make it a semi regularly thing. Cant wait to go back "
