"We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several...

"It was an end unit, so it had beautiful views. Also had an elevator and a luggage cart, no walking stairs with all your things!!. Pool was great too! The unit was updated and very nicer decorated. I plan on staying here again!!"

"Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Also great was all the beach stuff:...

"Concierge Zak has excellent customer service. Very helpfull. Loaded our luggage from parking and drove use to the dock, then carried our stuff to the floating house. All staff was very engaging and friendly. The Houseboat was beautiful and well maintained. Nicely decorated. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique experience. Sunsets are beautiful!"

"This house was perfect for our family beach trip. The location is perfect, right on the beach. It's clean and well maintained. Jamie and Brian provide everything you could need: linens, kitchen appliances, bath towels, beach toys, etc. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in and checkout were so simple.We will definitely be back!"
