"My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. "Thank you so much for the hospitality! We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others. The home was nicely decorated, bed were comfortable, internet and Directv was great, quick check in and such a quiet neighborhood!! If we come back to Wilmington for a tournament we will definitely be looking to stay again!"
