"This lovely, sprawling farm house in the Val d’Orcia has plenty of space for a large family gathering, with six bedrooms, a gorgeous barbecue and swimming pool. Excellent spot from which to explore hill towns, visit wineries, and eat some excellent Tuscan cuisine. Don’t miss the hot springs at Bagni San Filippo! "

"We had a beautiful view from the balcony and the room was nice. The bathroom was well renovated. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and they catered for gluten free. The only criticism i have is the swimming cap rule also applies to the spa and we felt like it wouldn't be as relaxing so we didn't buy access."

"Our room was very nice. There is no elevator, so you do have to haul luggage up the stairs (our room was on the 3rd floor). Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Offsite parking is 2 blocks away, but very convenient. There are several dining options close by and everything was very walkable. Highly recommend the hotel."

"What can we say??? Grazie Grazie Grazie! What an amazing week! Camilla went over the top in communication and even helped us arrange a special birthday dinner for my husband with a local cook at the villa ! The pool was fabulous and the air conditioning much appreciated in both bedrooms. Kitchen was perfect. We sat outside on the beautiful patio every night and played games and drank Italian wine. "We had an excellent week at Podere Cardeta. Communication with Angela prior to and during our stay was excellent. The property is set in beautiful grounds and has a traditional Tuscan feel. The welcome basket of food and provisions was very much appreciated and a nice touch.
