"Etablissement bien localisé, avec un concept de petites chambres alignées par petits blocs batimentaires. La chambre est simple, avec un bon lit, mais une mini salle de bain et douche. Le petit dejeuner offre du choix avec de tres bonnes viennoiseries. La qualité des sachets de thé et du jus de fruit sont perfectibles. La propreté de la douche laissait malheureusement a désirer. "Chateau De Maraval was just the castle experience we wanted from the medieval region from France. We were on a girl's trip and were provided two rooms that were beautifully furnished and stocked up. All the interiors was tastefully done. Outside of the castle is medieval but the rooms were with modern amenities. It was like living the best of two worlds. The property is well maintained. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an amazing time. We definitely would recommend this for families...

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Room was small but comfortable bed. We did visit during a heatwave so the lack of air conditioning was a shame but we knew there wasn’t any when we booked. We paid 12€ each for breakfast which was well worth the money. Woke to a small market right outside the hotel which was a lovely bonus. Overall value for money it was spot on. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. "The check in process was fast and easy. We only booked for a night . However, the location of the property was 6 minutes walk to the old town which was lovely. The room was clean. Came with an air conditioning as we choose the room that have air cond in it. The only down side was the sheets that had a lot of hairs but luckily we brought our own linen roller so it helped. Parking was free as cars could park outside around the property area. Did not use the pool as when we arrive was late...
