"Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

"The location was perfect for doing day trips to all the amazing Emilia Romagna cities. We saw San Marina, Ravenna, Dozza, Parma, Modena & more! It was also perfect to just relax. There are many terrific restaurants nearby. Our hosts, Gregorio & Francesco were wonderful, they truly wanted to ensure that we had a wonderful time in Italy and were helpful with anything we needed. We can't wait to come back!"

"Die Wohnung ist alt und sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Das Badfenster befindet sich in der Duschkabine und schließt nicht mehr richtig, deshalb ist es im Bad sehr kalt. Auch die restliche Wohnung ist eher kühl. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist minimal, aber gerade noch ausreichend. Basics wie ein Salzstreuer oder ein Feuerzeug für den Gasherd fehlen. Der Kaffeekocher sieht schrecklich aus! Einziges Highlight: die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war erstklassig! Vielen Dank dafür!"

"What a beautiful place to stay. Literally an Italian villa in the countryside. We had 12 people stay here for 8 nights. Plenty of privacy, bedrooms, bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again. The caretakers Gabriella and her husband were perfect hosts and very helpful! He even carried our luggage in and out for us! "

"Beautiful hillside location outside the city yet close enough to enjoy all it has to offer."

"Location is pretty great and we enjoyed walking into town almost everyday. The check in was a bit more complicated than it needed to be and getting actual information about the area did not meet with success. Parking information was also not given until late in the process and i had requested it earlier. I chose this place based on their 5 star rating and it just did not deserve that from our experience. "

"The location was amazing. Ruth is an amazing host and was helpful from the moment we booked. We will definitely return to this area in the future. Also several wonderful restaurants nearby in small friendly villages. The views were breathtaking and we really were able to relax the whole week while we were there."

"The house was very well equipped. The kitchen has all you need and also basic ingredients are available. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view over the hillside.Silvia is an excellent host, very helpful, friendly, patient and generous.The garden and view are astonishing and relaxing. "Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem außergewöhnlichen Anwesen verbracht. Die Villa Le Panche ist mit ihren 5 Schlafzimmern mit En-suite-Bad perfekt ausgestattet für eine große Gruppe von bis zu 14 Personen. Wir waren dort mit 8 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern sowie zwei Hunden. Der wunderschöne, komplett eingezäunte Garten, der Pool, das toll ausgestattete und mit viel Charme restaurierte Haus waren ein toller Aufenthaltsort für unsere Familie. "Tiziano was very communicative and helpful for our stay. The little pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay, but the highlight is the house itself. There are so many beautiful details in the home, many ancient original parts that make it feel like you are here 500 years ago, but then you thankfully don't have a pit-toilet, and aren't forced to cook over an open flame, (unless you want to - because you can here!) "Eine wirklich wunderschöne und sehr ruhig gelegene Anlage. Man muss sich auf etwas Abgeschiedenheit einstellen, aber die Häuser und die Ausstattung ist top. Pool, Whirlpool und Saune bieten einen großartigen Raum zur Entspannung. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfern, also ist man versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben will sind der super freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter Davide und dessen Vater. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. "
