"This spacious cottage offered the perfect respite in Thousand Oaks. The patio was quiet and private, and the unit itself was spacious and beautifully finished and appointed. New, and meticulously clean. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully selected. Highest recommendation!"

"This property is so special, and the owners are super friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The studio is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. "Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. "

"This house was a complete scam. There’s only 4 bedrooms in the home, yet it’s listed as 5 bedrooms. It’s also listed as a separate room with 4 twin beds. Also false. I paid 700 for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated only for it not be heated the entire weekend. The owner, Mike was no help at all. He continued to lie and tell me he turned it on, yet nothing. He ruined my pool party. Lastly, the shower from the master bedroom leaked into the second master bedroom causing a small flood — also...

"Our family of 5 with teens had a brilliant stay at this charming and gorgeous property. The beds were all very comfortable and the property was pristine. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The decor is beautiful and all well thought out. Lots of large seating areas to spread out. We particularly loved the outdoor area - it was beautiful and the pool sparkled ! Angelique did everything to make sure our stay was the best it could be ♥️ Thank you !"

The only problem was that on the last day we returned in the evening after a day at Disneyland to discover that the front door lock did not respond to our code. We could not contact the owner and neither could VRBO. It was no fun to have to find a decent hotel with an available room in an unfamiliar neighborhood after midnight. "Our host was so friendly, let us in early using remote check-in process. We were free to come and go as we pleased and felt safe leaving our belongings. Had basic toiletries available and A/C unit was configurable. Internet and Roku TV were great for some late night entertainment. I think all we were missing was a mop as we like to walk with shoes off indoors."
