"Best trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "

"This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."

"What a little slice of paradise Pool Resort is! We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay - leaving was so hard! The pool itself is stunning, the rooms are extremely well appointed and Brigid and Heather are just the most welcoming and lovely hosts. Can’t recommend this place more highly. It’s a little way out of the town centre, but the reliable local shuttles get you anywhere you need to go within the town. Perfect stay! "

"The room was amazing and clean, had everything we needed, extra towels, a kitchenette, microwave oven, tea and coffee. Also a very beautiful view of one of the pools, sounds of birds singing, water fall and a nice breeze when sitting on the balcony. Couldn’t be better than this. Thank you 😊 "

Studio apt on 2nd floor overlooking pool and beautiful tropical garden, clean comfortable and well decked out.Facilities excellent… 2 beautiful pools, good bbq area at each, laundry if needed. "We had a wonderful stay at Lychee Tree Apartment. The staff Edward is fantastic, gave us a good introduction for the sight-seeings around Port Douglas, and booked a snorkelling trip for us. It is a quiet place, short distance to main street, Coles, etc. A very good time for the stay and the good memoory for the beautiful city. "

"The room was spacious and clean. We thought the limited front desk time would be challenging but they communicated well with easy instructions so no problem at all. The pool is a bit kiddish but I donot come to Port Douglas to swim in a pool. Parking space is tight but manageable."
