"Great location , hotel staff very friendly and quick to answer any question. Disappointing that the pool wa reserved for only hotel guests and if you wanted access it was 40 euros per person per day. Also to take note the residence does not have any beach towels . Despite it all I would go back ."

"Ravello is such a sweet and romantic town. We got engaged here and everything about it was perfect! The locals are proud to tell you about Ravello and it is the perfect spot for a peaceful, restful vacation with some of the most stunning views. You don't have the hustle and bustle of Positano and it isn't crowded. Open Gate is close to stairs that lead you to the center of town. "The young gentleman working at the front desk during our stay on August 27 and 28 was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. My mom loves watching Spanish TV, and when we couldn’t find the channel she wanted, he came to our room and even connected the TV to one of his own personal streaming accounts so she could watch her shows. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really meant a lot to us.
