"Impeccable service, beautiful hotel and very comfortable (and newly renovated) rooms. The service both at the restaurants and at reception were great and we felt very well welcomed. The food was also very nice. The spa is also a gem and worth a visit! Definitely recommended"

"This hotel is fantastic! The room was so comfortable, clean and well laid out. The hotel gives you passes you can use for busses, gondolas and funiculars. We went on them all, and the pass saved us hundreds of dollars! The breakfasts were amazing. They had a buffet as well as offerings from a menu (eggs Benedict, crepes, pancakes, etc…). "From the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night. "Vista incrível! Pegamos o quarto com vista para o lago, simplesmente incrível! Café da manhã foi bom, mas não excelente, porém as comodidades foram sensacionais, transfer para o centro e para estação. Pra quem gosta uísque, tem um bar lá aconchegante. "

"Antes da chegada, que foi por trem, já nos informaram que iam fazer o nosso transfer até o hotel. Quando chegamos tivemos um upgrade de quarto e os dois quartos que disponibilizaram estavam ótimos, tudo muito limpo e arrumado. A localização é muito boa perto de ponto de ônibus e taxi e a pouvos minutos de caminhada até o lago. A sauna seca e umida estava bem limpa e higienizada com disponibilização de toalhas e roupões."

"Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. The bathroom and showers were super clean and the showers had great water pressure and heat. The spa in the pictures is not included it is additional, but it’s a nice option to have. "The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel."
