"Unfortunately the room didn’t have soap and wasn’t very clean. Upon our departure we discovered a large sum of cash missing from our safe in the room. Understandably the hotel cannot accuse a worker, although the did check the card swipes and cameras which found only one person entered besides us. I was just shocked the hotel didn’t offer anything, not a discount or a credit for upcoming stay, nothing. Will be the last time I stay there. "

"Clean room, great amd friendly staff amd location is perfect for walking the Gatlinburg strip. There are 2 things i didnt care for. I got a room with 2 "queen" size beds, they were definitely NOT queen size beds. They were a full size bed which matters a lot because i am 6ft5in tall. The second thing is the toilet was so close to the bathroom door that i couldnt use the bathroom basically without my knees touching the door lol. It is a great place though."

"This was a last minute booking, however upon arrival I was quickly accommodated. The facility was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean. They offer a free parking pass for the downtown area which saves on parking. We enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."
