"Lovely townhouse feel. Well furnished. Three story dwelling with stairs to third floor a little tricky to manage. Comfortable beds with plush linens. No dishwasher but we ate out most of the time. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. "

"Amazing place in an excellent location! We loved staying here and went to the coffeehouse downstairs every morning for breakfast. Perfect spot for walking around downtown but still having privacy and quiet. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl’s house in Dubuque. The home is very comfortable with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable (the bed in the master is huge!). The dog loved the very large fenced yard. Cheryl was very helpful and communicative and had some great suggestions of restaurants in the area. "

"Nice 2 bedroom property in town. Above a brewery. Straight shot to the Ice Rink. Lots of stuff in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. Everything you need is there. The communication with owner was quick and easy. Minor issues: Stairs and no dishwasher. Would definitely stay at this place again!"
