"Really nice service"

"This hotel is a must. The staff is warm, helpful, and always available. The location is close enough for a short walk to Centro everyday. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to go back. We both loved the breakfast menu and food, such an absolute treat!"

"Staff super friendly and helpful. Tour to Tequila through hotel was a hit, 100% recommended. Super clean. Breakfast was delicious."

"Very modern spacious, clean & quiet room. Quality amenities provided. Staff very helpful and excellent location in historic zone."

"We arrived really early in the morning. Transportation was waiting for us at the airport. We arrived at the hotel and were able to check in. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious (especially the juice), we had dinner at the hotel and they had GF pasta, service was 10/10! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again."

"Casa Alfareros felt like a perfectly placed magical Bed & Breakfast in the middle of central Tlaquepaque. Everything was within walking distance -easily manageable by even my 80 year old parents. The staff was wonderful: very friendly, respectful, and helpful. However, Delia made starting the day amazing! She made you feel like you were at your Tia's kitchen eating a delicious homemade breakfast - Breakfast was the best!! Way better and more delicious than going to the local restaurants for...

"Excelente ubicación, a un costado del teatro Degollado, hotel Nuevo. Limpio buen precio y el personal muy atento.. volvería otra vez"

"Exelent Hotel Emperador in Downtown Guadalajara I would just make a minor change in the rooms, at least in the room # 32 that i stayed in, and that would be to add a mid size table with 2 chairs, one on each side of the table, to use it to dine in the room and also use as desk at the same time."

"I came here with my mom for the weekend and we absolutely LOVED the hotel. Every detail on the property was stunning. It’s so close to the center of the pueblo, and very walkable. The owners of the hotel were also lovely. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Mexico!"

"Todo muy bien y en buen estado, personal atento, limpieza diaria de la habitacion, amenidades diversas, 10/10"

"Todo estuvo excelente, desde la atencion, el servicio, la amabilidad desde que llegue, el joven de recepcion me recibio, amablemente se me olvidó preguntarle su nombre, habitación cómoda y limpia, las amenidades suficientes, superaron mis expectativas, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahi"

"The room was extremely hot ! The AC was not working tried to change rooms but they keep telling me they where working on it. Bath tub was clogged and backing up smelled like sewer."

"La ubicación buena, lástima que la atención dejó mucho que desear, el desayuno no está incluido a pesar que dice que si, el estacionamiento demasiado pequeño, definitivamente no lo recomiendo."

"Me gustó que está muy céntrico, y a unos metros de estación del tren ligero (metro)"

"Hotel is super close to a popular area of Tlaquepaque. Property is clean and safe. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, comfortable with little to no noise pollution."

"What a great find! A lovely hotel and very clean, comfortable, and the location was fantastic for walking. We really appreciated the free covered parking and you cannot beat the price. We will definitely return."
