"I had a great stay at Riva Luxury Rooms in Split. The lady at reception was wonderful, she gave me lots of helpful advice and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. "Everything about this place was wonderful. Staff will meet you at city entrance and help walk you and your suitcases back to the facility. Hotel was so charming from the lovely bar area to the breakfast buffet. Rooms were well furnished and A/C worked great. 5+ stars for this great little hotel in the heart of Old Town Split!!"

"Where to start? Everything was amazing. The staff could NOT have been any more helpful. The room was amazing - perfect temperature throughout, lovely bathroom. The location was beyond belief - as soon as you leave hte hotel you're virtually at the temple of Jupiter it is all so central. The breakfast was also incredible - so much, so much choice and all fantastic. Can't recommend the place or Ivan and Edita enough."

"Absolutely amazing location and facilities. This was our first stay in Split. Nice big walkway so we could navigate from the taxi dropoff to the front door of the apartment. Small tip: asked to get dropped off by the Croatian National Theatre at the top of Marmontova Ulica - it will save you money instead of by the waterfront. It felt very safe even when it got dark outside. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. We were travelling with our daughters so having 2 bathrooms made...

"Little tricky to find at first, as it's IN the palace and the door isn't especially obvious until you see it. Once you're there it's a fantastic spot, couldn't be closer to the center of everything in that area and the hosts are wonderful."

"If you have no problems with climbing stairs, this place is perfect. It's walkable to plenty of tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. There's no reception lobby, so you will need to text or call the host ahead of time and when you get there. We stayed in the family room and it was clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. The twin beds in the attic-like space are probably best for kids or small adults though. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay here in Split."

"アットホームでスタッフの皆さんも優しく、良いホテルでした。 事前にスプリットでの到着地（高速バスのバスターミナル着）をメッセージで伝えたところ、バスターミナルまで迎えに来ていただきました。 事前のメッセージのレスポンスもとても早く、助かりました。 また、私たちが新婚旅行であることを伝えたところ、ウェルカムドリンクのシャンパンやお土産としてジャムをいただくなど、大変お世話になりました。 ホテル周辺の音は多少聞こえましたが、特に気になるほどではありませんでした。 エレベーターはないようですが、荷物はスタッフの方が運んでくれます。 Hvala vam!"
